ALL 2025 FOOTBALL & CHEER REGISTRATIONS WILL BEGIN in April

ATTENTION !!
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION WILL BE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE PYFL PLAYER APPLICATION:

1. Current Player Photo (clear image of player's face)
Headshot- Shoulders and up, no hat, no mouthguard, clear background

2. Proof of Player age (original documents may also be required at player certification)
Birth Certificate & *School Verification OR California ID OR Passport- NO EXCEPTIONS
*School verification MUST show student photo & date of birth

3. *Current Sports Physical (dated on or after 1/1/25)
*COMPLETED PHYSICAL FORMS MAY BE ADDED AT A LATER DATE BUT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF MANDATORY PRACTICE

4. Report Card for 2025 School Year (All Playdowns, Juniors & Seniors

2025 Early Registration:  $550.00 per player*
*must be paid in full by 6/1/25 or players will be removed from the team (NO REFUNDS)

FEES INCLUDE: practice jersey, game jersey, player/team photo, trophy, league fees, league insurance, background checks for all coaching staff, practice and game fields. Rental of practice pants, game pants, certified helmet and shoulder pads.

The equipment issued to each player is the property of Highland Youth Football. Equipment must be returned to the league at the close of the season or when directed to return it by HYF Board members. The player guardian will be held financially responsible for any equipment not turned in at end of season.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
PAY IN FULL:  Via cash or Zelle
If full payment is not received by 6/1/25, your player will NOT be rostered to a team.
